Ari Kellner, Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Kellner holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Psychology from Pace University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, a licensed clinical psychologist in New York State, and is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He serves on the Faculty at Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Kellner has completed specialized training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), positioning him at the forefront of this emerging therapeutic modality. His psychedelic training encompasses both the clinical application of psychedelic medicines and the critical integration work that supports lasting transformation. He has worked closely with psychedelic supervisors from both Western and Indigenous traditions, bringing a comprehensive and culturally informed approach to his practice.

Dr. Kellner uniquely incorporates his longstanding training and certification as a psychoanalyst into his psychedelic integration work, drawing particularly from Jungian psychology and depth work to support clients in their journey toward wholeness and lasting change. Dr. Kellner affirms the full spectrum of LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships, and is committed to practicing in ways that support equity, inclusion, and cultural humility. He works with individuals and couples across diverse relational structures, including both monogamy and consensual non-monogamy.
