Rebecca Victor, LP, NCPsyA, MBA
Licensed Psychoanalyst | AK Psychology Group | Mount Kisco, NY and New York City
Rebecca Victor is a Licensed Psychoanalyst and Nationally Certified Psychoanalyst (NCPsyA) with more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. Her work centers on relational patterns — how early experiences shape the way we move through adult relationships, often without our awareness.
Rebecca works with people who are thoughtful, reflective, and genuinely invested in understanding themselves, and who sense that what they are carrying goes deeper than a technique or a skill set can reach. Her approach is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic, working with the full texture of experience — history, recurring patterns, the dynamics that arise in the therapeutic relationship itself.
For couples, Rebecca offers something specific: an honest, clear-eyed look at relational dynamics that have become fixed, and a process that helps partners understand rather than simply manage what keeps them from each other.
Credentials and Training
Rebecca holds a post-master’s Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Comprehensive Psychotherapy from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP), where she is also a training analyst. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Virginia. She is faculty at the Westchester Center for Psychoanalysis an Psychotherapy, where she teaches in the Foundations of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program.
